Hi everyone: I have a Perazzi TMX Special with Original adjustable LOP trigger.
Looking to see if that assembly drops down from the receiver, via removal of a roll pin or something else. Thanks, Dave T.

It drops down by pushing what you would recognize as the safety switch on the top, forward (there is resistance, it's spring loaded). Then the rear of the trigger drops down.

What Chip said, and some of them are tough to get out. But like he says, the saftey looking thing is in reality the trigger release. Push it forward as hard as you can and pull down on the trigger guard.

Put a little oil on the edge of the trigger group when you put it back in.

Got it!! Came out okay. old oil around there. I have a TM-1 release trigger assembly I want to put in but just not going. Looks like the backside needs a little emery. Any thoughts?? Thanks, Dave T.

Most of TM series are not interchangeable without minor fitting. Emory cloth is an appropriate method for fitting. Clamp trigger in a vise and pull the cloth back and forth over the rear of the trigger housing like shining the toe of a shoe. Do a little and try until it pushes in.

If the trigger is hard to pull out, thread a piece of cloth like an old T shirt behind the trigger and the rear of the guard. Leave enough to grab hold so can give it a snap when you push the release button forward. Make sure you have clearence around the gun so the trigger doesn't pop out and hit something.

As mention already, an improperly fitted buttstock tightened too much can cause the trigger assy to bind going in and out of the receiver. Before filing or polishing, loosen the stock bolt and try the fit again. If its still to tight, fit it with the loosened bolt, then have the buttstock fitted properly.

Thanks guys. The stock is off so I'll Emery it and fiddle until it goes in like the original does. Dave T.
