I get the "trade up" bug every now and then but I don't see getting rid of my TM1.

A TMX IS a high ribbed TM1. Add an adjustable comb and you can have both.

An adjustable comb is an advantage even on a gun that has been properly fitted. The adjustable rib can have advantages, an individual thing.

The TM-9 and TM-9X are very similar to the old TM-1 and TM-10; must be good enough to warrant re-introduction.

If the original type fits, there would be no disadvantage. Regards, GAP
