Thumbs up for Mec service

I called on Tuesday for a part I needed to complete my redo of an old grabber. I had a problem with the crimp die plunger (my term) I needed a quarter inch more thread to set the crimp die at the depth I needed on my shells. The machine had some wear from years of reloading and the stock die plunger wouldn't work anymore. To my surprise Mec made the plunger part with a quarter inch more thread. I had the part on Thursday and the machine works great. The Mec Rep. knew exactly what the problem was and got the part to me Pronto! I am impressed with the service and their support. Tom
