Talk about customer service! I had a question about a Downrange product availability, and after calling a couple of listed vendors without much success, decided to try the "Ask Kevin" phone number on their website. It rang about 5-6 times and figuring he was busy doing something, hung up. I just shut the lid on the cell phone and it was ringing. Yep, you guessed it, there was good 'ol Kevin....Hi! he said, I couldn't take your call, just then....what can I do for you? You look up customer service in the dictionary and you'll find two photos...Kevin Lewis and Whiz White. Best in the industry, hands down.
