I needed a new combination lock for my Krieghoff Americase, call them yesterday ordered what I needed, the gentleman said it will go in the mail today, I asked how much and if he wanted my cc and he said no charge.

Great customer service.

I sent mine in for a tube case upgrade, again, much work done on the case interior at no charge.

They are great...I also had to change the combo lock on my case once.

Beware, the original rivets that hold the lock assembly to the case are hard steel and a bear to drill out.
