TEXAS ZONE SHOOTS - Youth Incentives

Next weekend is the first of two Texas Trapshooters Assn Zone shoots:
May 3-5 at Waco Skeet & Trap
and
May 17-19 at Amarillo Gun Club.
Thanks to the Tri State Shooting Sports Foundation, there will be an incentive program for Junior and Sub-Junior shooters, including shells for any Jr / Sub Jr shooting in any championship event at both shoots [Jr & SubJr shooters who shot in Waco will receive 4 boxes of free shells at registration in Amarillo]; then there is a scholarship purse for the best combined handicap score for the high Jr / SubJr combined Handicap Championship scores at both events.
Rules are shown on page 4 of the Zone IV program, posted at the TTA site linked above.
The Tri State Shooting Sports Foundation is also helping to underwrite part of the cost of Jr / Sub Jr Trophies at both Zone I and the Texas State Shoot.
Please come to these shoots and encourage any youth shooters you know to attend. State teams are still wide open - it just takes two Zone shoots and the State Shoot to qualify (plus some fairly low target minimums), so there is still plenty of time for our youth to make a state team!
