Looking at picking up a 28" 3 1/2 black synthetic in nice condition. iIs 550-600 good price?
Sx3 new is too much money for now. What is your opinions on the sx2.

You can get a sx3 for about 100 or so more if ya look around...I paid 650.00 for the last one I got a few months ago in excellent shape n mine was walnut version.

I have a 3" sx2 and a 3 1/2" sx3 and I prefer the sx2 its a bit heavier gun and seems to have less felt recoil. Most of the Sx2's I see are in the $500-$600 range. Both have been very reliable for me in the marsh where they get some rough treatment.

I have an x2 and an x3 sporting. Both are very nice shooting. I have used my x2 for both sporting and field and have never had any problems with cycling other than with the cheap winchester super target shells. Those dont cycle in either the x2, x3 or a browning gold I have.

My x2 is a 3 inch model. I have been very happy with the gun over the years, they are a good value for the money.
