They will probably scope it. Just a small incision and they put the scope in and tools, must use a wire mesh to patch up the hernia. Doesn't take long and recup time is minimal. I have had two done this way. You choice, full gas or a spinal. Had both, recup on spinal is quicker than being knocked out.
