The SCOTUS has agreed to hear a case called Bond v. US (http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2014/01/03/Big-Cases-in-2014-at-Supreme-Court). Although this centers on a jilted wife's attempts to 'get even' with her husband's mistress it carries to international treaties and the Constitutionality of same.

The 'website URL' above in the header links to the main story where the one directly above links to the SCOTUS dockets for the coming year.

This will basically answer if the Congress may enter into treaties (i.e., international treaties) that would violate the Constitution if it were brought to bear as a law in the US. This will have major impact on the viability of the ATT in the UN.

Arguments are scheduled for November 5.
