Any help on a Winchester SuperX 2 trigger would be great.

I shoot with an old guy (86yrs.) who let someone do a trigger job on his Super X2 and now needs to be replaced or properly repaired, put back to stock. Unpredictable and unsafe.

Anyone know of a source for replacement a (a complete replacement for a reasonable price would be nice) or repair other than the factory?

I have searched the usual suspects but don't see much out there for these guns.

An FN SLP may be the same gun but not 100% sure.

Thanks for any info or help.

The early Browning Golds and Winchester Super X-2's were almost the same gun. Both were made by FN. I would think the Gold trigger would be closer to an x-2 trigger, than a FN SLP. The SLP is a riot gun, with a long trigger guard.

My understanding is that the only difference between the Browning Gold and the
Winchester SX-2 is that the "speed feed" feature is absent in the SX-2.

Eddie over at AnglePort can not only fix the trigger in question, he can tune it, taking out the creep, etc. He has gone over all my Browning Gold triggers and I can highly recommend him.
