Anyone ever have to replace the primer deflector on a Spolar? Mine separated where the two pieces are tac welded or brazed.

Just wonder what the price was? I'll call Dixie Monday to order another one.

I had to replace mine JOHN after I damaged it. I don’t think it was expensive.

Steve, you were correct, Dicksie told me is was about $30. Since mine broke off clean at the spot welds, I cleaned up the surfaces and used industrial strength glue to reattach. Kept it in a vice grip over night to set up. We'll see how long it lasts, shouldn't be a problem, as the parts are not really load bearing at all.

I did the same thing using Marine Tex
