This unit is as new a used unit gets. Includes everything needed to mount it to your bench and hook it up to your press (bolts, riser, cylinder plate and bench pass through grommets). Located in Virginia or I can ship at buyers expense. The bench shown in the photo is also for sale (separately), but I will not ship it.
