Don't fully understand how it works but Judge Napolitano thinks its legal and if several other states follow suit it will effectively gut the unaffordable care act. Thirty of the fifty states have Republican governors. Judge also thinks South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley will sign the bill enacting the law. Now Barack...thats leadership! If Rand is smart enough to pick Governor Haley as his running mate Hillary is beaten on looks, brains and patriotic loyalty. ed
