I have used Simmons for 60 years (1966 to present), yes, in my early 20s then. Their ribs are very good. Their blueing after installing has varied from just okay to very good. The new owner and management has made a real effort to improve the quality of their blueing. They recently put vent ribs on 12 Remington Model 31s for me. I was very satisfied with them. They did and excellent job of Simgarding the ones that had aluminum trigger housing. Minimal polishing on roll markings and sn numbers. Back in the sixties a model 12 at dealer cost was in low $20.oo range, expect to pay much more today. I have never used Eubanks, I have seen a lot of Moneymaker's and Herter's which are no longer available. There is not a lot of choices out there today.
