I use Fiocci 8 shot 1170ish. No need for anything more than that at 16 to short to mid yardage. All high/super high fps does is cause/exaggerate issues and cause possible shoulder issues in the future. IMO only.

Also will lead to a Flinch unless you weigh over 300 pounds.

Exactly what I meant by cause/exaggerate shooting issues.
