Thankfully, I never shoot in NY, but that concoction in 410 and 28ga seems like its going to go boom sooner rather than later.

I don't belong to any FB reloading groups and only a couple gun owner groups. There are a lot of anti's in FB gun groups. They'll post stuff on purpose to try to get the group shutdown. Mostly trying to scam/sell things.

I only reload published data without changes. I like keeping it stupid simple.

Everyone is different and makes the world go around.
He recycles powder from range shells and uses it without known data. If the powder is wet he drys it.
He washes his hulls. His skeet shooting is his own trap at the range. He gets receipts from others at walmart to get free propane for his shot making. His rational is Walmart cheats you on the amount of propane in the bottle.
