Ship via UPS. It just needs to be marked ORM-D. Sometimes drop off places won't accept it, though it's perfectly legal and they are just being jerks. If that's the case, you may have to take it to a counter at a UPS hub.
ORM-D just means possible hazardous substance, and cannot be shipped via air.
