I have a Ruger Old Army that I am going to sell. Any restrictions on mailing or FedEx. Is it ok to send directly to the buyer?

Thanks
Jeff

Yes, I'm in California, I've bought black powder pistols with cash and carry.

I don't trust those Californians.. After all Nancy Polosi represents them. She is as dim witted a person that was ever born..... She even believes her own BS....
Then again as she would say. Just mail it and then we will see what happens.

Midway USA had a list of states they could ship black powder weapons to. Those weapons are just as deadly as any revolver out there, just slow to load. When I worked for Loomis Fargo years back I'd wear my 1851 Navy just for fun on founders day. I'd a been the talk of No Ga if I got in a shoot out with a perp in a bank parking lot that day.

Black Powder firearms do not come under the federal requirements to transfer through an FFL holder. That being said, some states, not mine, have restrictions on transferring black powder firearms.
