AMMUNITION ACCOUNTABILITY ACT

Remember how Obama said that he wasn't going to take your guns? Well, it
seems that his minions and allies in the anti-gun world have no problem
with taking your ammo!

The bill that is being pushed in 18 states (including Illinois and Indiana)
requires all ammunition to be encoded by the Manufacture, a data base of
all ammunition sales. So they know how much you buy and what
calibers. Nobody can sell any ammunition after June 30, 2009 unless the ammunition is coded.

Any privately held uncoded ammunition must be destroyed by July 1, 2011.
(This includes Handloaded ammo) They will also charge a .05 cent tax on every round so every box of Shotgun ammo you buy will go upat least $1.25. If they
can deprive you of ammo, they do not need to take your guns!

Please give this the widest distribution possible and contact your Reps!

This type of thing has to stop; I not only urge contacting my representatives but recommend everyone joining the NRA. If something like this goes through, then it makes criminals out of all those who will not destroy their own ammo. I can see government nazi-types of enforcement; showing up at gun clubs and checking your ammo and the list of tactics goes on and on. I'm sure Obama's ideas for a National Security Force would also be used to go after the shooters. What are you going to say when they show up at your door looking for illegal ammo? Again, you think people are going to destroy their ammo? BT-100dc
