Review of Rhino Chokes and their company:

Several weeks ago I ordered (2)chokes from Rhino, after I received the chokes

from them, I thought it would be nice to let my fellow shooters know of my

experience with Rhino. I posted that they were very helpful and the produce was

just what I ordered and of top quality.

A couple of my fellow TS.com members had some very negative things to say about

Rhino and their product. I can only tell you of my experience with them and how

the chokes look and perform.

1. Their service and communication was excellent, They walked me through
what I wanted and what other options were available.

2. The quality and finish of the chokes are excellent.

3. As for patterning them, I have not. I have shot them with the following

results: 16 yds. choke LM .13 constriction. 250 targets shot at missed

(7) that's good whatever the pattern was.

27 yds. choke XF .31 constriction. 125 targets shot at missed

(8) not bad considering my normal HDC. yds. is 24.

I like the chokes so much that I will be ordering another for mid

yardage. IM .28 constriction.

I Will Repeat, This Is a Great Company To Do Business With And Their

Product exceeds expectations.

Thanks for the report. I remember your previous thread from a few weeks ago. Perhaps they have improved their customer relations and service. Since it was at rock bottom before, they had only one way to go and that was UP.

It would be interesting to see/hear the results of some patterning from these chokes. Are the chokes ported? (Hopefully not). Care to tell us what they cost? What kind of gun are you shooting them in?

Chokes are ported, gun is a Perazzi with a H.G. Orre bbl. 18.5 (.729) bore.

Don't know about the patterns yet, just know they just make targets disappear .

Cost $85. each plus shipping. I feel they are the best I have ever shot, And

I have tried some that cost almost twice as much.

Skybuster

You can talk until you are blue in the face and never convince most people who have dealt with Joe Morales in prior years.

Many years ago, pre-internet, I saw a magazine ad for Rhino chokes. I phoned them to order two. They said they'd ship them right out--if I liked them, send a check, otherwise return them.

Proves There is ALWAYS two sides to every story!

Maybe some one should look in the mirror to see if they are BLUE in the face.
