I bought a Remington Veramax last Sept. the gun worked great until the end of Dec. would not fire. After doing many tests and much examination I determind that the hammer was not stricking the firing pin. Called Remington and got shipping lable and work order on 12/31/2013 boxeds the gun and sent it off. With the weather being bad it took longer to get to Remington. The gun got to Remington on 1/10/2014, got an email on 1/13/2014 with a link to track the progress. Checked and got no information on the gun. Yesterday when I got home from a duck hunt my wife had the gun sitting next to the front door. That made the turn around 10 calander days to repair the gun. IMO that is great service.
