No problem, the 28" barrels would seem light unless you a fairly small individual. I have the same model with 32" barrels and it points and swings a lot faster than my trap guns. It's a well built gun (at least mine is), fairly soft shooter and with the adjustable stock you could reasonably shoot trap, skeet and sporting clays with one gun with a selection of choke tubes. Good choice for someone trying to shoot all three disciplines with the same gun. You can shoot trap with one, however it's not a dedicated trap gun.
