Not sure if this is the correct category, but I have a box of Remington Premier STS Light Handicap shells from the last Grand American at Vandalia. Marked as such on side of shell with "1924-2005". Do these have any collector value or should I just shoot them? Thanks!

You might get $10 for the box.
Shoot them or save them for 50 years and check back.

I am not going to make it another 50 years. Could leave them for my kids inheritance. Then again I will probably shoot them. Thanks for the response.

I bought 10 flats of AA's at the last Grand American in Vandalia. Haven't been able to find much of a collectors market for them so I've been shooting them. If I shoot trap this year the last few flats will go. I still have a flat of Rem's specially marked for the 100th PA State Shoot. Might shoot them this year.

Here is an example. I have a box of Federal Champion II shells from the 1976 Grand that has 1776 GRAND and the liberty bell on them and Bicentennial on the box. I just bought them a couple of years ago and I paid either 9 or 10 dollars for them. So they were about 40 years old at the time. Other than being interesting to look at they are not worth much.
