Picked up a bunch of stuff off local craigslist but this was the reason I wanted it. I collect all-things Remington, and figured this would make a cool conversation piece / display. Remington Automatic Hand Trap. There is a video on using it here (

) and I'd welcome any suggestions on refurb'ing it or parts.

Best part of the deal was it was raining hard (typical this time of year here) and the guy didn't want to wait for money....it was all FREE!

That’s pretty cool. I’ve seen one or two of those over the years. I guess after a few hundred you might get the hang of it, if you still have arms left. As the video progressed, “wait for the end”, I was thinking, oh boy, an accident between the shooter and thrower. Thanks.

Yea, of course I may have to give it a try (it came with 1-1/2 boxes of clays) but mostly it'll be a man-cave-den wall hanger object d'art.

Cool item but the Western thrower with the spring in the handle threw a better target and was easier to use.
