When all else fails, ask the experts on TS.com. I am trying to figure out what the part number is for the one piece piston seal for an 1187. I got the part description as S Steel piston/piston seal, but can't figure out what that correlates to when you go to the web site. Can someone please tell me the right number? Thanks.

Thanks Oregunner. I looked on Remington's site and they have changed that and other numbers.

I wound up calling Remington and ordering everything through customer service. The seal was only $16, so I ordered 2 for the spare parts drawer. He did not give me the number for the part, but I will post it when the order comes in.

Take care.

I just receive that part from Remington, their part number for the assy is

F200295-piston and piston seal assy.

they also listed the piston part of the assy as F300126

they listed the piston seal part of the assy as F300128

I believe the old stlye two piece 1100 rings are still F15384 and F15385.
