I have a 12 ga, Spears release with the disconnect. Near new, but it needs a Carrier Latch. Plugged safety. I'm sure somebody out there can replace it. I don't have a drive pin small enough or the part. I put a photo of a group that has the carrier installed. $107 shipped Priority Mail.
