Thinking about getting an 1100 Competition Synthetic. Currently shooting an 11-87 Trap and love it. Anyone out there currently shooting one? And, if so, can you compare it to the 11-87 or 1100 classic trap?
*Can the nickel plated receiver be at all distracting on a sunny day?
*Is the length of pull adjustable?
*Is the barrel bored similarly to the older 11-87 trap barrels?
*How does it balance compared to the 11-87/1100 wood guns?

*Can the nickel plated receiver be at all distracting on a sunny day?-Not really
*Is the length of pull adjustable?- Not readily, you can use different thickness recoil pads.
*Is the barrel bored similarly to the older 11-87 trap barrels-No, Competition Synthetic models come with a Pro Bore barrel.
*How does it balance compared to the 11-87/1100 wood guns?- They are a bit barrel heavy, but you can easily add weight in the stock if it bothers you.
