D__n thing broke. Now what? I had to pound on the bolt to get it out. I'll have to buy a new one, but I can't see how to remove the broken one from the sleeve other than trying to pry the arms apart. Then how do I put the new one on? And do the new ones come with the bolt detent ball and other parts installed?

You do have to pry it off the sleeve. The new one will snap on with a little help. Not a big deal.

I just had the same thing happen. Ordered one from Midway, had it in 2 days. If it is an older gun, the detent for the ball will be on the bottom of the bolt handle, the newer ones the detent is on the side. Mine was the old style, 10 seconds with a dremel on my bolt handle, and mine works with the new style action bar.
If you want it all to match up, order a new bolt handle also.

Often by grasping the sleeve in one hand and the bar in the other and applying a slight twist removes one piece from the other.... Larry
