Can anyone point me to a recipe to clone the WW Super-Handicap, 3-dram (1250-fps, as printed on the box), 1-1/8 oz. load?

Thank you in advance.

20.9 grains of Winchester Super Handicap Powder, Winchester WAA12 Wad, and Winchester 209 primer, and of course in a Winchester hull.

Matt, I loaded 20.7 - 20.9 of Super Handicap just like Trap4 says. But it takes a small bushing...#21 or #22 on a MEC. That small volumn of powder allows for a decent crimp with a standard AA wad.

Matt,

This is a copy paste from Hodgdon reloading guide.

Lead Shot

12 ga

1 1/8 oz.

Super Hcp

Win. 209

WAA12

20.9

11,300 PSI

1255

Check it out for yourself at http://data.hodgdon.com/main_menu.asp

It is also printed on the front label of a jug of Winchester Super Handicap powder.

And yes all of the Winchester powders take a very small bushing (Mec 21 or 22) compared to something like Red Dot (mec 32 or 33). Otherwise you will be throwing almost twice the powder you want.
