That load is an exact copy of the original Nitro Handicap (target crusher). They did change to a Titegroup variant that is denser. I use:

18.5 Titegroup
Downrange XL-1 (TGT works too)
9/8 oz 7 1/2 magnum shot.

WHAM!

The newer version of the Nitro 27 load uses a powder similar to Hodgdon's Titegroup. But, you have to use the TGT wad (as Rem does in the OEM load) because the powder is dense and the Fig. 8 wad the data calls for will give you dished crimps. If you do a search you will find some threads discussing this exact issue.

Also in the Hodgdon data tables:

Remington STS/Nitro27 - Hull
Remington TGT12 - Wad
1 1/8th oz STS - Shot
Remington 209 - Primer
18 grains of Hodgdon Titegroup - Powder

Whichever load formula you choose, I would send out to be tested to see if it really meets your needs. Recent testing shows some powders are hotter and some slower than the data tables tend to indicate.
