It is very simple. If you can pull the handle get a Grand. If not get a Mec with automate

I have used the Grand --- I have used MEC (pull handle, and hydraulic) - full disclosure - I currently use a Spolar hydraulic.

Between the Grand and MEC - the quoted post gave great advice..... if you pull the handle I do not think anything pulls as easily as the Grand....
With my shoulders - I am 99.99999999% I would quit loading if I had to pull handles....
