For Sale Ljutic Selka Bi-Space Gun Combo

33" single barrel 32" over/under Fixed chokes. I don't know the constrictions but all barrels smoke birds. All three barrels ported. Factory?

Two stocks and two pistol grips. One fore end. One stock and grip custom
DeVault left hand. Other stock and grip Ljutic neutral.

Two triggers. Single release for single barrel. Double release for the O/U.
Triggers can be made pull by having retimed. They were all pull when I got the gun and Phillip's Gunsmithing timed them for release.

Overall good condition. Very few tiny marks on wood. Only negative is bluing on receiver and trigger groups is thinning.
$7500 shipped

Bud Edwards

Thanks Kim.
I'm with you. I love the gun but circumstances have made me inclined to sell it. I know from past threads that a lot of people think the Space Guns and Selkas are ugly. I don't agree. They have a different look from the ordinary but I like them.

I wonder how many of them have ever shot one? I have never had a gun that was near as much fun to shoot since my first gun as a kid. Bud

Bud I have #15 and you are right they are fun to shoot. Mine is a 2 barrel set but they are both single barrels. One has an adj. rib and one you can use either a scope or an Aimpoint.

Your going to miss it when it's gone

Jim,
Yeah I'll probably miss it when it is gone. I'll have to add it to the list of guns I wish I had back.

Catching Chrome,
I know the price is high but the Selkas are rarer than the Space Guns and being a combo makes it a lot more rare. At this price I'm not even breaking even. Bud

Modeled the Kuhner's lines after the Selka. Shot a Selka not too long ago. It needed some tweaking in terms of the position of the scope versus the comb. The Selka is light compared to my gun. The recoil solution is completely different. The Selka has the slam fire trigger set up inside the stock. My gun has lead weight inside the stock, hence the need to be in better physical shape to 'swing that thing' to the target. I've always wanted a Selka. The lighter weight is a big deal - a key feature.

Russ,
No I obtained it in a trade. It had been on consignment at Dennis DeVault"s a year or so ago.

It may have been Leo's at one time. Bud

Joe,
I'd love to give the Kuhner a try. I have always loved high grade wood on a gun but I believe more in function over form. The weight and the sight interest me.

And I'd love to shoot your gun. I'm near Chicago. Ever pass through the Land of Lincoln? Check out the video, compliments of Scott Calhoun. Where are you located?

Jim R,

Did you buy that gun from a guy from Alaska?? I think that is my old gun, and I remember when the gentleman bought it, he was going straight to Ljutic to have release for it and a scoped barrel..............
