Paladin, Please explain to me what a "pot licker" means? I heard this term before but could not figure what it means.

A couple versions are,,one who "cleans" the commode without normal tools,,and another is,,the last cuss in the food pecking order, who has to lick the bowl or pot for food.

Also in the middle east just displaying the bottom of your shoes to someone is disrespectfull. So throwing it probely is a fairly big crime over there. Their justice is swift and harsh too.
