The NC State Association sponsored a nice 4 day shoot at their home grounds. High winds made the shooting a little difficult and a major problem arose during Friday's singles event. A shooter, who is widely recognized as not too bright, smashed the first 99 birds and then decided to lift his head that contains his weak mind, and miss the 100 bird. Many other shooters chuckled at him.

Gargoyle did figure out the correct initials of the shooter who displayed this trick. How can so many shooters express sympathy with such great smiles.

Pat,

We are either cryin with you or laughin with you,

whether it's droppin that bird, or a 75th, or 50th, or that famous 25th, I think most of us have a taste of that last one to some extant.

now if i could get off first post on the first 25 I might be a knowin more of what that mite a feel like, there at the end!

Been there........and done that.........once!

Not a good feeling, for sure.

Oh well, it's probably better than missing the first bird and running the last 99. Or maybe not.......

Pat, you have my sympathy's.
