Here is a question and no I'm not trolling. What does everyone do with their empty primer trays? I have given one to my sons art teacher but have not yet heard if he can use them for anything. With the cost cutting here in MI we call the teachers to see if they can use anything we throw out for projects. The art department in our middle school uses the Styrofoam trays that meat comes on after we wash them for their paint projects. Makes great paint pallets for mixing their colors and then thrown away. Primer trays on the other hand is a different story. Any thoughts?

You can put the spent primers back into them and spell out words and pictures. Use the different colored ones for better effects.


Youth shooters make gun club signs out of them. Take 4X8 sheet of plywood and figure out how many trays it will take then cut to size and glue the trays in place. Last one I saw was about 4X7 feet and looked really nice. Ray
