If your looking for some, TiteWad is available on the Hodgdon site at this point in time.. I just looked. It would Be nice if Hodgon would just focus on making more of the current powders that everyone is familiar with(700x, Clays, International) instead of introducing something new that might show up every 3-4 months like all the others minus tite group and wad.
But Hodgdon doesn't make powder, they just sell them. These powders are available at a more reasonable price than most anything else. Why look a gift horse in the mouth. Hodgdon was able to get some powders that will work for target shotshell reloading and has offered it to the public. I see nothing to complain about. It would Be nice if Hodgon would just focus on making more of the current powders that everyone is familiar with(700x, Clays, International) instead of introducing something new that might show up every 3-4 months like all the others minus tite group and wad.
No loading data on Hodgdon site . Need some Cheddite data.
Yes, But I should have wrote Cheddite primer info. My Bad not doing that.click product info. There is a reloading data inset - from the label. All high FPS.
Cheddite hulls are listed.
Yeah you are probably right. Comparing price, these new powders do not seem much if any cheaper than some of the other Hodgon powders, but if they will be more available than I get it. But how long will it be before there is good reloading data with Cheddite primers in domestic hulls? I am just thinking from a stand point that it took years to get Cheddite primer data in AA/STS hulls with a lot of the current powders. So why not push for more let's say 700x and Clays vs adding new powders. Not a complaint, just an observation. But Hodgdon doesn't make powder, they just sell them. The Clays family which includes Clays, International and Universal are all made under contract by the General Dynamics plant in Ontario, Canada. I emailed Hodgdon back in January about availability of the Clays family of powder and they replied:It would Be nice if Hodgon would just focus on making more of the current powders that everyone is familiar with(700x, Clays, International) instead of introducing something new that might show up every 3-4 months like all the others minus tite group and wad.
