I'm thinking of ordering a another set of foam for my Pelican 1720, and I know some folks use this case for a two-gun airline travel case. I've already cut mine out for a single gun. Would you mind sharing pics of how you cutout the foam for two guns? Thanks!

I have three Pelican cases (small - pistols, medium - shotguns or ARs, large - rifles).

In all three I left the foam un-cut and replaced the top layer with 'egg crate' foam - much more compressible. I can place anything in the cases and the compressed foam holds it in place.

This lets me use them any way I like with no need to cut the foam.

I would like to see pictures of on cut out. I see Wal-Mart had Plano for 69.99 that's a lot of case for the money.
