Phil Kiner will be instructing a Two day course starting on Friday, April 29 and Saturday, April 30th at the Wallum Lake Rod and Gun Club, 200 Brook Road, Harrisville, Rhode Island. Also if anyone is interested, Phil on Thursday, April 28th is willing to teach a private or semi-private course, call Norman for details.
