Curious to know? Would a stock from a DB-81 with a type 4 forend fit an MT6? I know it will fit an MX series gun but wondering about the MT6 as they are not a drop out trigger. The MT6 was ordered new by a buddy in 1981 and it hasn't been shot since about 1990 and has maybe 20,000 rounds down the pipe. I have a chance to buy it and was wondering if the stock set I have laying around would work on it?

Well, actually it's an MX3 Special vs an MT6, but they're very similar and I thought the "MX8 vs MX12" would probably help more folks out. I haven't seen very many pics comparing Perazzi drop trigger vs non-drop trigger frames online, so I figured I'd post some in case anyone was interested.

No, they don't fit. Bottom of the MT6 frame is about the same as the drop out trigger group so inletting on the MX stocks is wider. I've got a couple MT6 combos, I love those guns.
