I have a 1974 perazzi mx8 trap. The forearm is cracked between the lever and the rear of the forend where it meets the reciever. I need a replacement . Any ideas?.I attempted to repair it several times without success. HELP. thanks

I have a complete type III forend with machining wood and iron available @$595. But if you can live with the crack, there's no ill effect.

Let me show you another cracked forearm wood I had this 30 years old crack on one of the old MX8, fixed twice, didn't work, so the original owner and I kept shooting it like this for 20 years, it ran all the way through but nothing fells apart, nothing affects operation of the gun, we both broke few 100s with it.

Thank you for your reply. I am just afraid the forearm will eventually split. Also the receiver feels a little looser since the crack .
