Honestly, speak with Don Rackley and he will give you a better gauge on what your Perazzi may/will need and more solid information on cost. It would be an injustice to guess on an estimate.

Yourself, or paying someone? If you're replacing a locking block (with jig, $195), top lever spring ($8), and firing pin springs ($12), about $215, assuming you have some basic tools If you already have a locking block jig, about $140, plus about an hour of your time. Or $325-525 to have Don Rackley do it.

$500 should cover most of the work required. I had a locking block, springs and a good look over for problems done by Dan from Giacomo and I think the bill was around $425 for my MX8 Mirage. Should be good for thousands more rounds.
