Can someone explain the difference in Perazzi shotguns. What makes one MX2000 a $7000 gun and the next a $10000 gun. I understand engraving and wood grade make a price impact. So what else separates them?
Thanks

Largely depend on who was in the deal.
No two persons paid same price for identical cars.

Almost every Perazzi sold on TS were cheaper than any gun shops, but those gun shops are still in business. That's the power of "Retail".

Steve W certainly knows what he is talking about, some other factors include:
Condition
Barrel lengths,
If anyone has worked on the Bores
Exactly which gun is being offered for sale, some models are more in demand than others.

Some good explanations are give above - but some more specific could help. Wood grade? Age? Barrels? Combo? et cetera.
the internal parts are interchangeable but the package may be different.../

Like, go to a Ford dealer and ask for an F-150.............. 4 wheel drive vs 2 wheel drive; XLT vs Lariat; leather vs cloth; et cetera.
