Many people are unfamiliar with these guns, yes, the trigger does come out of the gun, there are two small secrets to getting one back together. It takes less than 5 minutes to get the trigger back in the gun,

All parts are readily available for this gun and it will last a long time.

Wow, did not know that Don. I thought it looked like separate-removable from the receiver but the safety doesn't push up like a release. Well I don't know the two small secrets so would take me much longer than 5 minutes to put back together, I can't even figure how to get it out haha.

and you are absolutely correct jtinoo, I took this out for a round of sporting a week ago and it's perfect for that game. At 1.640kg thats's not too heavy-not too light for a 29 1/2" barrel, balances great and swings smooth & crushes targets. I think these were marketed as an all around target gun by Perazzi, there's a little tag with the papers that calls this a MX7 29 1/2" trap, but it shoots flat as can be. Trap might indicate the stock dimensions they used for different versions? This gun is tight and flawless, handling it one would swear it's brand new.

 

When an Italian shotgun says Trap, it means Bunker.
