One obviously costs more than the other and I can see the difference from photos, but is the Lusso gun built with any more care, any more polishing of internals, etc., or 2. Is the added cost just for the hand engraving?

I am curious as to why the fixed trigger? Is it a sporting clay gun? Then I would say the S as it has a selector. Do you shoot release trigger? I wouldn’t get the S if i shot a release, I’ve owned most of them and my last Perazzi was a Mx-2000s, but if I got another, I’d go back to drop out triggers like the original was designed to be, but that’s me, oh yeah, definitely Lusso, you’ll break more with an L...

Thanks for your response. This gun is primarily for Sporting Clays but I also may shoot trap doubles with it. Just that I have found a very gently used HTS Lusso grade gun for essentially the same price as a new ungraded HT. Accordingly my question was really about the Lusso grade vs the regularly grade.
