Please understand that I have not removed a bead exactly like yours, but quite often a piece of monofiliment fishing line may be used to remove fiber optic and other glued on beads. I've done it on several different fiber optic beads, but not the specific one you are showing. You want to be careful to not let the line cut your hands so wear a heavy pair of leather gloves. You place the line at the joint between the bead & rib and pull evenly but slightly downward and much more back along the bbl's. rib from both sides using the line as a cutter, if that makes any sense.
