Came across a pellet gun---Diana mod 34 05---cal4.5/177 made in germany

I can't fig out how to cock it or where to place the pellets---Must have had a special tool needed for loading and cocking----

Any info appreciated----I don't know the 1st thing about pellet guns

This may be an assult weapon

It is a German RWS, just grab it at the front sight and cock the barrel unless it has an underlever and I dont think it does

It is a 'break action' rifle.

As CC2000 says it breaks in half. With it open you insert the pellet directly into the breech of the barrel.

Not sure of value, but they were great shooters.

You could replace the mainspring (oversized) and the compression washer (neoprene or some specialized material) and really make them shoot...

It is a great "get the squirrel out of the bird feeder" gun.

The RWS is a great quality gun, however the 34 is at the low end of the scale, about $200 -225 new

I have a RWS Diana 48/52 model I would like to get rid of. I know nothing about them. I know it's a side cocking system.
