PAT Trap target counters

Has anyone remoted the target counters located in the control box on a PAT Trap? We are looking at having the counters mounted on the wall of the trap house to make them easier to read.

Even better would be a wireless remote counter using the microcontroller thats built into the wireless Cantaburys. Could be mounted in the club house office. Keep the ticket shooter honest. Charge by the target ? Bowling alleys do it. Comments ?

To be accurate you must read the counter after the single targets are thrown, then take the doubles reading and multiply by two and add to the singles reading. The counter counts arm movements not targets.

No theft,

We track the targets used for our youth program for planning and budgeting purposes..

Crawling in the houses and opening the box on the back of the machine gets old and sometimes a bit painful.. :)
