The PA State teams were unofficially announced, pending corrections and additions, and can be viewed on the PSSA website. I'd like to congratulate all competitors, and especially Deb Ohye Neilson for her remarkable performance last year. She shot 17,800 registered targets with an overall average of 0.9575. Her PA State performance is bested only by Frank Pasco with 0.9578, just 0.0003 percentage points. Those are terrific averages by two great shooters. Again, congratulations!

Don't mean to be rude, but I think your decimal point is two numbers too far left. What you are saying is that they average slightly less than 1 target per 100.

My bad for adding the % after Deb's score, and corrected it. The way I posted them is the way they are shown on the PSSA website.(without the errant %) Like you, Mike, I would have preferred them expressed as 95.750% & 95.780% respectively. But no matter how we say it, that's great shooting by a couple of PA's finest competitors.
