On my P W 800+ I drilled out the center of the shell seating post at station # 1 and placed a small, round

magnet in the cavity to hold the hull upright. Works fine.

Interesting. I haven't had any problem with that yet. The shell feeder pushes it into the slot and it stays upright. The only problem I am having it the micro switch on the feeder needs tweeking. Do you have a picture? Steve

I didn't know that. Well, anyway I did my own so that is a certain amount of personal satisfaction

I have an auto feed on the Platinum 2000 - about one minute with a Dremel - cut a 1 cm notch on the side of the metal feed tray at the shell loading station (this is where the shell drops - then is slid forward onto the seating ram).

Dust/dirt/spilled shot love to accumulate here and have a tendency to tip the shells on the ram - a real pain to clean. With the notch cut a blast of 'canned air' easily blows the debris out of the way...
