Looking for the shot and powder tubes, with baffles and caps if possible, for a 800B. Maybe someone who has replaced there tubes with the larger replacement tubes, and base of Jim Skeel. Let me know what you have, and price. Send a PM.

You don't want Acrylic, you want Butyrate. I have tons of baffles. Had 100 made.

Problem with Butyrate is that is comes in 6'-10' lengths and costs about $1.30 an INCH!

Aren't the replacement tubes made by Jim Skeels made of Acrylic?

ACrylic is brittle and cracks, whereas the Butyrate is very flexible, and is what the originals were.

The original drop tubes on the shell feed systems WERE acrylic, but I insisted that they change to Butyrate to accept the stress in their bottoms. Now they are Butyrate.

I thought that they may be to brittle, but I can't find Butyrate tubes in 2-1/4" ID. tubes without having to buy a box of them.
